Job summary

LexisNexis Legal & Professional seeks a Senior Manager, Content Expansion and Development to lead North America editorial strategy for analytical content and Protégé content. You will manage a team of content contributors, drive AI-assisted workflows, and collaborate with product, content strategy, and sales to align portfolio with market needs.

This role emphasizes financial acumen, data driven decisions, and scalable editorial processes.

Qualifications

• JD required
• 4–8 years of experience in legal tech, digital content development, or legal knowledge management
• Demonstrated AI fluency: confident with AI-enabled tools for legal research, summarization, drafting and editorial review
• Proven ability to manage third-party relationships and drive business goals
• Experience working with large data sets and data visualization tools (AI, Tableau, Excel)
• Strong financial acumen and ability to influence stakeholders across a matrixed organization
• Commercial mindset: translate market signals and customer feedback into content initiatives

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-enabled editorial & content development workflows; ensure human-in-the-loop oversight of AI outputs
• Champion adoption of AI-assisted workflows while adhering to copyright and ethical AI standards
• Manage content expansion budget and reporting; ensure alignment with priorities
• Oversee team of content contractors; develop quality review criteria and standardized practices
• Drive acquisitions due diligence and integration planning for new content and contributor relationships
• Support content strategy and market alignment with Product, Strategy, and Sales teams
