Job summary

Meta is seeking a Program Manager to lead AI solutions and product data operations programs that support AI model training, data quality, and annotation workflows. You will oversee end-to-end data operations across multiple product teams to ensure high-quality data for AI-driven features.

You will collaborate with researchers, engineers, product, and operations partners to define strategies, resolve dependencies, and translate complex data challenges into scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or higher; AI/ML exposure preferred.
• Experience managing cross-functional programs involving data pipelines and AI training data.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML model development and data needs across lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver product data operations programs supporting AI model training, evaluation, and deployment pipelines.
• Partner with research, engineering, and product teams to define data requirements and align on quality standards.
• Prioritize data collection and annotation efforts for AI solutions.
• Identify bottlenecks in labeling, annotation, and curation to ensure timely high-quality datasets.
• Break down data operations challenges into components and design scalable solutions.
• Develop and maintain program docs including governance, workflow specs, risks, and milestones.
• Engage stakeholders to align on direction, surface risks, and unblock work.
• Track program health metrics like throughput, quality, and timelines for diverse audiences.
• Leverage AI tools and automation to improve efficiency and share learnings across the team.
• Synthesize insights into actionable recommendations for AI product teams.
• Adapt plans to shifting priorities, regulatory changes, or data constraints.
