Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience building cloud-native applications and processing large-scale data.
• Experience with distributed streaming technologies: Kafka, Apache Storm, or Apache Flink.
• Experience with distributed databases: Cassandra, ArangoDB, Elasticsearch, or similar.
• Recent experience using AI-assisted coding tools (GitHub Copilot).
• Strong software development skills and excellent written and verbal communication.
• Working knowledge of networking fundamentals and routing protocols.
• Experience building highly scalable distributed systems or cloud services.
• Interest in AI-driven networking, data analytics, and autonomous operations.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate large-scale data pipelines that ingest and process network telemetry at cloud scale.
• Develop routing intelligence capabilities to detect, troubleshoot, predict, and mitigate network issues in multi‑tenant data center environments.
• Build scalable, highly available services on the Mist platform, contributing across the stack from data ingestion through analytics.
• Design and develop software for cloud-native distributed systems with a focus on scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to build AI‑powered networking solutions that improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
• Leverage modern AI‑assisted development tools, including GitHub Copilot, to improve engineering productivity.
