Empower Pharmacy seeks a Principal Cloud Infrastructure Architect to design and drive our enterprise cloud strategy across Azure and AWS. You will architect migrations, implement Infrastructure-as-Code, and embed AI capabilities while leading a high-performing engineering team.

The role emphasizes secure, scalable, and AI-ready infrastructure to support rapid growth in patient care delivery and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 15+ years of cloud infrastructure engineering experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Proven track record of cloud strategy execution and AI integration.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and risk management in cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead a comprehensive cloud strategy for Azure and AWS.
• Architect cloud adoption with focus on performance, scalability, and resilience.
• Develop and enforce Infrastructure-as-Code standards and AI-enabled operations.
• Mentor and grow a high-performing engineering team; set objectives and metrics.
• Ensure security, compliance, and audit readiness across cloud platforms.
