Job summary
Amazon seeks a ProServe Cloud Architect to design scalable, secure AWS solutions for HCLS customers in pharma and life sciences. You will lead solution designs that translate business objectives into cloud-based outcomes, working with sales and delivery teams to optimize study lifecycles, data operations, and regulatory submissions.
You will mentor peers, share reusable tools, and stay ahead of industry trends in AI, security, and governance, while contributing to SOWs and customer success
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required and 5+ years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience.
- Experience selling enterprise cloud architecture to executives and technical stakeholders.
- Experience designing AI/ML and agentic AI solutions in enterprise environments.
Responsibilities
- Design scalable, secure AWS solutions delivering measurable business outcomes in pharma.
- Provide technical guidance during sales and implementation, focusing on regulatory and data challenges.
- Partner with customers on trends and agentic AI applications in clinical trial automation.
- Collaborate with Account Executives and Delivery Teams to ensure successful deliveries.
- Mentor teams, create demos, accelerators, and reusable technical content.
