Empower Pharmacy seeks a Staff Cloud Infrastructure Architect to lead cloud strategy, architecture, and modernization across Azure and AWS. You will own standards for IaC, security, and governance while guiding teams through complex migrations and scalable designs.

The role requires extensive experience in cloud platforms, leadership, and the ability to drive AI-assisted automation that improves reliability and cost efficiency in a highly regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field.
• 10+ years of infrastructure/cloud engineering with architecture ownership.
• Experience designing secure, automated cloud platforms with governance, auditability, and cost management.

Responsibilities

• Define cloud architecture principles, target states, and reference patterns across Azure and AWS.
• Architect migration of on-prem workloads to cloud-native services.
• Design capacity and performance strategies using AI-driven forecasting.
• Establish IaC standards using Terraform and policy controls.
• Provide architectural leadership and mentor engineers across teams.
