Job summary

Innovid, the leading independent omnichannel ad tech platform, seeks a Senior Director of Product, Creative to own the end-to-end strategy and execution for our unified CTV, creative, and ad serving ecosystem. You will drive cross-functional alignment with engineering, design, and executive leadership, delivering scalable platform capabilities for brands, agencies, and streaming platforms.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Product Management within AdTech, enterprise SaaS, or digital media, driving large-scale platform products as a principal contributor.
• Deep mastery of the CTV/OTT ecosystem, dynamic creative optimization, programmatic ad serving, data-driven decisioning, and ad tech measurement integrations.
• Strong technical foundation with experience building robust APIs, SDKs, and developer-facing platform solutions.
• Proven track record shipping complex platform capabilities in fast-moving environments.
• Ability to align senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams around a unified product vision without direct authority.
• Superior storytelling skills to present complex technical concepts to executives and strategic partners.

Responsibilities

• Define and operationalize the multi-year platform vision and product roadmap for Innovid's unified creative, ad serving, and measurement.
• Lead full lifecycle of products from discovery to iteration as the primary domain authority.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with engineering, design, product marketing, and revenue teams.
• Translate technology capabilities into strategic narratives for executives and ecosystem partners.
• Partner with Product Marketing and Sales to launch scalable products and drive platform adoption.
• Establish KPI frameworks, usage analytics, and ROI models to evaluate platform health.
