Job summary

Santriya Technologies seeks an AI-enabled Operations Executive to run assigned product or service operations using documented workflows, AI-assisted case handling and measurable controls to deliver accurate, timely outcomes. You will manage one or more company products, client solutions or operational services.

Apply approved SOPs, policies, process maps, knowledge articles, release notes, controls, scripts and AI runbooks as the source of truth.

Responsibilities

• Process assigned cases, orders, requests or operational tasks against defined SLAs and product rules.
• Use AI copilots to retrieve procedures, summarize cases, classify requests and propose next actions; validate before execution.
• Monitor work queues, aging, priorities and exceptions and rebalance effort as required.
• Maintain complete audit trails, evidence, customer/system notes and handoff information.
• Perform first-line quality checks and identify recurring failure patterns.
• Coordinate escalations across customer service, product, technology, finance, compliance or logistics teams.
• Follow data privacy, access, approval and maker-checker requirements.
• Recommend SOP, documentation or automation improvements based on measured pain points.
