Job summary

Red Ventures is looking for a Senior Director of Agentic Client Operations to lead the design and delivery of AI-driven workflows. This role requires a hybrid schedule, working from South Charlotte, NC or New York, NY, and involves significant client engagement and strategic planning.

Ideal candidates have 7–10 years in digital operations and strong analytical skills, with experience in financial services preferred. Responsibilities include managing teams, developing client strategies, and ensuring optimal system performance.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and deploying AI-powered or automated workflows in production.
• Strong understanding of AI architectures — LLM integrations and API-driven workflows.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into structured designs.

Responsibilities

• Own the design and delivery of AI-powered workflows across client accounts.
• Lead workstream strategy for client accounts, defining roadmaps and delivering results.
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for client stakeholders on system design.

Skills

Experience in digital operations
