Job summary

Milacron is seeking a Change Management Specialist to lead organizational change efforts in Batavia, OH, focusing on technology-enabled transformation including AI and automation. You will collaborate with business, technology, HR, and functional teams to drive adoption, workforce capability, and sustainable outcomes.

You will design role-based training, develop communications, and monitor adoption metrics to ensure value realization across enterprise systems and digital platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related field required.
• 3–5 years in change management, digital transformation, or related field.
• Experience supporting AI, automation, or enterprise systems.
• Knowledge of generative AI capabilities and responsible-use principles.
• Familiarity with Prosci, Kotter, or similar change frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute change management strategies for enterprise initiatives.
• Partner with leaders to translate change into new workflows and behaviors.
• Conduct stakeholder analyses and readiness evaluations.
• Build roadmaps with communications, training, sponsorship, and sustainment.
• Support adoption of AI, automation, and digital platforms.
• Design and deliver role-based training to improve digital literacy.
• Create communications explaining change goals and resources.
• Monitor adoption metrics and measure value realization.
• Identify resistance and address capability gaps.
• Coach leaders to sponsor change and reinforce adoption.
