Job summary

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in change management, 4+ years of consulting, and 2+ years in software/high-tech settings. The role supports global clients and may require travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years’ Organization Change Management experience.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a consulting practitioner.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience working on technology-enabled or digital transformation initiatives (GenAI exposure preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years of Software & Platforms or High-Tech Industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Support clients through large-scale reinvention efforts, including reimagining work, workforce models, and human-centered experiences shaped by data, automation, and GenAI.
• Lead and design enterprise change programs, helping clients execute and sustain change as roles and skills evolve with technology.
• Partner with clients to define how GenAI is used across the organization with readiness, governance, and accountability.
• Use analytics and AI-enabled insights to assess readiness, track adoption, and inform decisions.
