Job summary

Qualifications
- 3+ years outpatient CDI or 5+ years Medicare Advantage coding/auditing.
- CMS/ ICD-10-CM guidance knowledge andAHIMA guidance.
- Active credential through AAPC/AHIMA/ACDIS.
- Experience performing medical record chart reviews and audit rebuttals.
- Strong commitment to compliance and ethical coding standards.
- Autonomous self-starter who analyzes data and adapts to changing workflows.
- Effective communication to explain complex coding decisions
Responsibilities
- Lead CDI and coding partnership with Risk Adjustment leadership.
- Design and maintain condition-specific CDI guidance and training assets.
- Collaborate with Practice Consultants to improve workflows and scoring.
- Support audit responses and develop guideline-backed rebuttals.
- Pioneer AI-driven workflows and tracking for CDI impact.
- Refine risk adjustment insights logic using multi-source data.
- Perform quality reviews and data-driven trend analyses
