Job summary

Maven Clinic is seeking a Product Manager to help build the Care Delivery platform, including the EHR and clinical tooling, provider workflows, messaging, and data/billing infrastructure. You will own capabilities from problem to shipped, partnering with engineering, clinical, design, and operations to ensure scalable, reliable care delivery across maternity, fertility, and pediatrics.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in product management, ideally with healthcare tech or another complex, regulated, or operations-heavy domain.
• Solid data instincts: you define the right metrics, work with real datasets, and communicate findings clearly.
• Comfort with technical and clinical complexity: you can hold your own in an engineering sprint and a clinical review, and you're eager to learn the domain fast (FHIR, interoperability, EHR workflows).

Responsibilities

• Own specific Care Delivery capabilities end-to-end, provider workflows, clinical documentation, messaging, scheduling and matching, or quality and billing infrastructure.
• Make crisp, well-reasoned product decisions, especially where clinical accuracy and provider experience are both at stake.
• Use AI hands-on to prototype and test ideas, and identify AI-powered capabilities to improve provider or member experience.
• Partner with engineering and design to ship reliable platform capabilities and with clinical and operations teams to ensure real-world usability.
• Translate regulatory and quality requirements (like HEDIS and clinical coding) into clean product experiences.
• Instrument what you ship, watch how it performs, and iterate using data in decision making.
• Build platform primitives that serve many programs, not just one-off features.
• Bring a point of view on how AI can improve care delivery workflows and apply it.
