• Lead development and management of the department’s capital portfolio, including strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow reporting, business cases, and consolidation of commitments and actual results.
• Manage, coach, and develop a direct report, establishing clear priorities, accountability, and performance expectations.
• Partner with department leaders, business owners, and internal and external finance partners to build strong relationships, influence decisions, and improve financial performance.
• Drive innovation, automation, and continuous process improvement across capital planning, reporting, and data-management activities.
