Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management of AI-driven workflows and automation tools.
• Manage day-to-day campaign operations and regional project delivery.
• Identify flaws in automated outputs and propose technical solutions.
• Act as the center of influence for the PA, aligning with MFG disciplines.
• Support campaign briefing and media plan development with operational inputs.
• Monitor Scope Creep and maintain transparency across tasks.
• Build campaign timelines with on-time deliverables and milestones.
• Collaborate with discipline leads for PA onboarding and offboarding.
• Maintain real-time project trackers and One-Docs accuracy.
• Identify automation opportunities to improve ways of working.
• Support the internal finance team with end-to-end campaign financial processes.
