NVIDIA is seeking an AI-Native Business Operations Manager (Finance) to streamline developer ecosystem operations. You will build tools, dashboards, and workflows to automate reporting, budgets, and roadmaps, while coordinating with multiple senior leaders and teams.
The role emphasizes hands-on AI tooling, process automation, and scalable operating rhythms. A strong communication style and ability to manage many parallel workstreams are essential to succeed in this fast-paced environment.
The developer ecosystem team has multiple pillars including Developer Advocacy, Community, Developer/Agent Experience, Open Models, CUDA, and Open Source Foundations. The team drives 100+ monthly activations, runs multiple developer-facing programs, and collaborates with dozens of internal and external teams. We are looking for a business operations manager who is also a AI builder. We need an excellent communicator and collaborator. You will build efficient and consistent processes, tools, and systems. These will reduce manual coordination and improve visibility of community events, enablement assets, budgets, roadmaps, and trackers.
Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 104,000 USD - 166,750 USD.
