Quantori is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to contribute to AI-powered and data-driven solutions in Life Sciences. You will partner with Product Managers, Delivery Leads, UX/UI Designers, engineers, and data teams to translate business needs into actionable requirements across the full product lifecycle.

You will gather requirements, write user stories and acceptance criteria, create Jira epics, and maintain a clear backlog while supporting Agile delivery, testing, and rollout.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software or digital product delivery.
• Experience in Life Sciences or healthcare domains.
• Experience supporting AI-powered applications.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Experience creating clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and Jira epics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with Product Managers to define and prioritize requirements.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Translate requirements into Jira epics, features, and tasks.
• Work with UX/UI Designers to define user journeys and workflows.
• Support iterative Agile delivery with engineering and data teams.
• Create and maintain product documentation in Confluence.
• Assist with QA to define test scenarios and validation approaches.
• Support releases, adoption, and change management.
• Maintain a prioritized product backlog with stakeholders.
• Engage in stakeholder interviews, workshops, and feedback sessions.
