Job summary

US Tech Solutions in Sunnyvale is seeking a budget analytics coordinator to support engineering budgets across planning, forecasting, accruals, and reporting. You will partner with Procurement, Sourcing, Accounts Payable, and program management to build recurring reporting and automation.

You will build dashboards, manage monthly cycles, and develop AI-assisted workflows to improve efficiency and scale. Strong communication and autonomy are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years in spend tracking, budgeting and forecasting, ideally in engineering/ hardware/R&D/manufacturing.
• Strong background in prompt engineering, AI agents, or workflow automation tools.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support engineering teams through planning cycles by clarifying processes and tooling, resolving inquiries, and providing tailored analytical support.
• Audit budget and forecast submissions in internal tooling, ensuring data integrity while providing ad hoc support.
• Analyze forecast and spend data, translate variances into narratives with drivers, identify risks and opportunities.
• Log action items, follow up with owners, and drive items to closure.
• Run monthly accrual cycle: collect accruals, validate against PO balances and received goods, and enter in internal tool.
