Linda Werner & Associates in Sunnyvale, CA is seeking a Project Coordinator III to support financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, and AI-driven process optimization within a hardware engineering organization.

This high-visibility role partners with engineering leaders, finance stakeholders, procurement, and senior management to manage budgets, analyze spending trends, and deliver actionable insights that drive efficiency.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of professional experience in financial operations, spend tracking, budgeting, forecasting, or resource analysis.
• Strong hands-on experience analyzing financial data and producing reports for business stakeholders.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets with complex formulas, pivots, lookups, and modeling.
• Experience developing dashboards with Tableau/Power BI/Looker or similar BI tools.
• Experience with prompt engineering, AI agents, or workflow automation to improve processes.
• Ability to present financial findings to directors or senior leadership.
• Strong analytical skills, trend identification, and issue resolution.
• Excellent written/verbal communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and drive deliverables.

Responsabilidades

• Support budgeting and forecasting cycles for engineering and hardware teams.
• Track OpEx, CapEx, budget commitments, and actual spending.
• Analyze financial data, identify variances, and provide actionable insights.
• Audit budget submissions, validate data accuracy, and identify risks/opportunities.
• Coordinate monthly accruals, PO validation, commitments, and received goods/services.
• Develop weekly and monthly financial reports, dashboards, and spending summaries.
• Build financial models and reporting tools with Excel/Sheets.
• Create visualizations and executive dashboards using BI tools.
• Translate data into recommendations for directors and senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with budget owners to resolve discrepancies and optimize resource allocation.
• Identify opportunities to streamline budgeting and reporting through AI automation.
