Job summary

Tungsten Automation is seeking a Project Manager to serve as the primary client liaison on projects, define the project plan and priorities, and direct the team to meet objectives on schedule and within budget.

You will understand the customer’s business and technical needs, develop detailed requirements, maintain project data in our toolset, manage risks, and communicate with stakeholders while promoting our implementation method and AI-enabled workflow improvements.

• Manage overall project deliverables and objectives.
• Act as primary interface to client business units.
• Provide clear, timely project communications.”
• Proactively manage project risks and issues.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly understand the customer’s business and technical needs.
• Develop detailed business requirements to be used within a formal statement of work document.
• Manage overall project deliverables and objectives.
• Act as primary interface to client business units during all phases of the project.
• Maintain accurate data in the company’s project management toolset.
• Provide consistent and timely internal and external project communications.
• Manage project risks proactively as well as the occurrence of issues.
• Update resource scheduling weekly to forecast revenues.
• Update revenue data to reflect current and forecasted figures as required by Leadership.
• Create and store required project documentation in the project repository.
• Promote Tungsten Automation Corporation’s implementation method and best practices.
• Utilize AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and accuracy while following governance and privacy standards.
