Job summary

M-Logic, Inc. in Charlotte, NC is seeking an AI Automation Engineer to join its AI & Automation team. The role is hybrid, onsite in Charlotte with remote Thursdays and Fridays.

You will design, build, and deploy intelligent automation solutions using low-code platforms and APIs to streamline workflows and scale operations. Strong experience with n8n, Power Automate, and AI technologies is required; excellent communication with business users is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years building automation solutions using low-code/no-code or RPA platforms such as n8n, Power Automate, Workato, UiPath, Automation Anywhere.
• Experience integrating applications through REST APIs, webhooks, authentication protocols, and JSON.
• Strong understanding of modern AI technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents, and workflow orchestration.
• Experience delivering automation solutions into production—not simply designing or coordinating projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business challenges into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work directly with both technical and non-technical staff.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end AI-powered automation workflows across front-office and corporate functions.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes, identify automation opportunities, and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Build intelligent workflows using platforms such as n8n, Power Automate, or similar automation tech.
• Develop integrations using APIs, webhooks, databases, cloud services, and AI technologies.
• Orchestrate LLMs and AI agents to automate research, document processing, decision support, routing, and operational workflows.
• Process structured and unstructured data from emails, PDFs, spreadsheets, and enterprise applications.
• Ensure solutions are secure, reliable, production-ready, and well documented.
• Train business users and drive adoption of newly developed automations.
• Continuously evaluate emerging AI and automation technologies to improve business processes and increase organizational scale.
