Job summary

Logicalis is seeking an AI Integration & Automation Developer to design, build, test, and support AI-enabled automations and integrations for Managed Services. The role emphasizes delivering hands-on, scalable automation that reduces manual effort and improves service quality.

You will translate operational problems into practical AI workflow solutions, evaluate when AI orchestration, scripting, or process improvements yield the best outcomes, and collaborate with technical and operational

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience developing automations, integrations, scripts, workflows, or enterprise solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, APIs, workflow platforms, or low-code/no-code automation tools.
• Experience designing or supporting AI-enabled workflows, LLM-driven processes, AI agents, orchestration patterns, or intelligent automation solutions.
• Understanding of prompt design, structured outputs, guardrails, and fallback logic for production AI.
• Experience integrating with ITSM, monitoring/observability tools, cloud services, knowledge bases, or internal applications.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, and maintains AI-enabled automations, integrations, and workflows for Managed Services.
• Builds AI orchestration patterns connecting systems, data, prompts, APIs, scripts, and operations.
• Troubleshoots automation defects and contributes to durable, scalable fixes.
• Documents solution design, configurations, and support steps to reduce key-person dependency.
• Participates in testing, release readiness, and change control for automation solutions.
