Job summary

Logicalis is seeking a hands-on AI Integration & Automation Developer to design and deliver AI-enabled automations and integrations within Managed Services. You will translate operational problems into scalable automation, collaborate with engineers and stakeholders, and ensure production readiness with guardrails and monitoring.

You will work with Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, APIs, and cloud platforms to build reusable components and patterns that reduce manual work and improve service

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, software engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience developing automations, integrations, scripts, workflows, or application solutions in enterprise or services environments.
• Hands-on experience with automation development using Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, APIs, workflow platforms, or low-code/no-code automation tools.
• Experience designing or supporting AI-enabled workflows, LLM-driven processes, AI agents, orchestration patterns, or intelligent automation solutions.
• Understanding of prompt design, guardrails, and production AI considerations.
• Experience integrating with ITSM, monitoring, cloud, or internal business applications.
• Ability to analyze business processes and convert requirements into automation solutions.
• Cloud experience (Azure, AWS, GCP) preferred.
• Data pipelines, embeddings, event-driven workflows, or containers a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, and maintains AI-enabled automations, integrations, and workflows.
• Builds AI orchestration patterns that connect systems, data, prompts, APIs, scripts, and workflows.
• Develops automation solutions that reduce manual work and improve service delivery.
• Creates reusable components and patterns across use cases.
• Supports implementation of internal AI orchestration capabilities.
• Toubleshoots automation defects and production issues.
• Documents design, configuration, and support steps for knowledge sharing.
• Participates in testing, UAT, and change control for automation solutions.
