Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking an ASIC Validation Intern to collaborate with seasoned engineers on silicon bring‑up and validation. You will work with lab equipment, automation tools, and AI-assisted workflows to characterize device performance and reliability.

You will gain hands‑on experience in hardware validation, data analysis, and reporting while contributing to the successful bring‑up of next‑generation ASIC products in a collaborative team environment.

Formación

• 0–2 years of relevant experience through internships, research, academic projects, lab work, or engineering activities related to ASICs, semiconductor devices, hardware validation, or embedded systems.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with validation, design verification, and firmware teams to support silicon bring‑up, testing, and validation activities for new ASIC devices.
• Use lab equipment, automation tools, and validation environments to characterize device functionality and performance.
• Develop or enhance scripts, automation solutions, and AI‑assisted workflows to improve validation efficiency, failure analysis, and reporting.
• Analyze validation results, debug complex issues, and evaluate AI‑generated insights while applying sound engineering judgment.
• Document technical findings, communicate project results, and present recommendations to engineering teams.

Educación

Bachelors/Masters/PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related technical field
