Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a proactive Anti-Corruption Manager to join the Global Ethics & Integrity team. You will conduct third-party due diligence, mitigate compliance risks, and drive scalable programs using AI and data tools across global operations.

You’ll work with cross-functional partners to enhance policies, implement risk controls, and lead audits of high-risk third parties while advancing a culture of compliance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of ethics and compliance experience, incl. third-party anti-corruption or due diligence.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Familiarity with the FCPA, UK Bribery Act, and other anti-corruption laws.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Collaborative and proactive with ability to work across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform anti-corruption due diligence on prospective third-party partners and recommend risk controls.
• Analyze partner transactions to identify corruption risks and mitigation actions.
• Assist with audits of high-risk third parties.
• Identify and mitigate compliance risks, enhance monitoring efforts, and foster a compliance culture.
• Manage projects to scale anti-corruption processes and improve efficiency.
• Leverage AI platforms and data tools to streamline compliance operations.
• Develop and implement enhancements to policies, due diligence frameworks, and systems.
• Collaborate with sales, alliances, business technology, and operations teams to advance compliance objectives.
• Communicate data-driven insights clearly, in visuals and in writing.
