Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a proactive Anti-Corruption Manager to join the Global Ethics & Integrity team in Austin, TX. You will perform third-party due diligence, identify corruption risks, and drive scalable compliance programs leveraging AI platforms and data tools across our global operations.

You will collaborate with sales, alliances, and operations to enhance policies and monitoring, manage cross-functional projects, and clearly communicate insights from data and findings.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of ethics and compliance experience with third-party due diligence.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• FCPA and UK Bribery Act familiarity.
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
• Collaborative and adaptable — able to work with distributed cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform anti-corruption due diligence on prospective third-party partners, recommend risk controls, remediate reports.
• Analyze partner transactions to identify corruption risks and mitigation actions.
• Assist with audits of high-risk third parties.
• Assist management in identifying and mitigating compliance risks, improving monitoring.
• Manage projects to scale anti-corruption compliance processes.
• Leverage AI platforms, data tools, and systems to streamline compliance operations.
• Identify, develop, test, and implement enhancements to anti-corruption policies and procedures, due diligence frameworks, and systems.
• Work cross-functionally and build relationships with sales, alliances, business technology, and operations teams to advance compliance objectives.
• Communicate insights from data, analyses, and findings clearly and concisely – visually, orally and in writing.
