Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an Anti-Corruption Manager to join the Global Ethics & Integrity team. You will perform third-party due diligence, assess risks, and implement AI-driven controls to scale compliance programs across global operations.

You'll engage cross-functionally with sales, alliances, business technology and operations, driving policy enhancements and risk-based processes while upholding the highest legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of ethics and compliance experience with exposure to third-party anti-corruption or partner due diligence.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with the FCPA, UK Bribery Act, and other anti-corruption laws.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; able to present data clearly to varied audiences.
• Collaborative, proactive, and adaptable—comfortable working with geographically dispersed, cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform anti-corruption due diligence on prospective third-party partners and recommend risk controls.
• Analyze partner transactions to identify corruption risks and mitigations.
• Assist with audits of high-risk third parties.
• Assist management in identifying and mitigating compliance risks and implementing monitoring efforts.
• Manage projects to scale anti-corruption compliance processes and improve efficiency.
• Leverage AI platforms and data tools to streamline compliance operations.
• Develop and implement enhancements to due diligence frameworks and policies.
• Collaborate with sales, alliances, and operations to advance compliance objectives.
• Communicate insights from data clearly, visually and in writing.
