Qualifications

• Fluency in SQL and Python or R, with complex data manipulation.

• Ability to partner with leadership and prioritize effectively.
• Experience using AI to speed and improve quality with verification.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow a high-performance analytics engineering team.
• Develop instrumentation and experimentation best practices for products.
• Prototype AI tools and pipelines to scale insights.
• Leverage AI to accelerate analysis while ensuring QA and accuracy.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists and Engineers for self-service datasets.
• Document tools and datasets; drive data quality and democratization.
• Cross-functionally communicate insights with product, eng, design, and researchers.
