Job summary

The Hartford is seeking an experienced Agile Coach to advance delivery excellence across the enterprise, partnering with business and technology teams to scale AI-enabled practices and improve outcomes.

Hybrid work is expected, with three in-office days per week in Hartford, CT or Charlotte, NC. You will coach leaders, translate priorities into actionable plans, and promote governance and speed through data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Experience leading technology delivery and organizational change.
• Ability to apply metrics and AI-enabled analytics to guide decisions.
• Strong coaching, facilitation, and mentoring skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Align strategy to execution across teams, programs, and portfolios.
• Coach leaders and teams on Agile, Product, Portfolio, and AI-enabled practices.
• Advance AI Operating Model adoption within planning and delivery.
• Develop reusable playbooks, prompt libraries, coaching frameworks, and enablement assets.
• Deliver training, workshops, and office hours to strengthen capability.
