Job summary

Accenture Song – Customer Technology, Commerce is seeking a Manager to lead the design, delivery, and scaling of Agentic Commerce workstreams. You will ensure AI-driven capabilities are production-ready and well integrated with enterprise commerce ecosystems.

Responsibilities include translating designs into build plans across Salesforce, Adobe, SAP, and MACH stacks, driving prototype-to-production efforts, and mentoring multidisciplinary teams across AI, backend, cloud, and commerce platforms.

Qualifications

• 7+ years delivering enterprise-scale commerce and digital platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce, Adobe Commerce, SAP Commerce, or MACH stacks.
• Experience building agentic AI capabilities in production systems.
• Strong knowledge of API-led, microservices-based architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, delivery, and scaling of Agentic Commerce workstreams.
• Translate AI-driven designs into build plans for Salesforce, Adobe, SAP, MACH.
• Oversee CI/CD, cloud deployments, and Kubernetes scaling across clouds.
• Ensure governance, risk, and KPI tracking for agentic systems.
• Mentor engineering teams across AI, backend, data, cloud, and DevOps.
