Job summary

603 Manufacturing, Connected by Trexon, is hiring a Manufacturing Estimator to join the quoting team. You will review RFQs and develop accurate manufacturing cost estimates for cable assemblies, wire harnesses, and electromechanical assemblies in aerospace, defense, and commercial space sectors.

You will collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Purchasing, and Operations to produce competitive quotations, validate technical and commercial accuracy, and leverage AI-powered tools daily to speed up

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Manufacturing, or related technical discipline preferred.
• Equivalent manufacturing experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Review customer RFQs, drawings, specifications, and bills of material.
• Develop labor estimates for cable assemblies, wire harnesses, box builds, and electromechanical assemblies.
• Create manufacturing routings and estimate production labor.
• Coordinate with Purchasing to obtain supplier pricing.
• Work with Engineering to clarify technical requirements and resolve questions.
• Identify missing or unclear customer information and obtain clarification from Sales.
