Job summary

Aurex is seeking an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to design, develop, and route aerospace wire harnesses for a confidential project. You will collaborate with electrical, mechanical, and other teams to ensure manufacturability and proper system integration throughout design reviews.

The ideal candidate has hands-on aerospace harness design experience, strong CAD skills (Creo preferred), and a solid understanding of electrical systems and components.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience designing and routing wire harnesses for aerospace applications.
• Proficiency with CAD tools used for wire harness design.
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration with multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and route electrical wire harnesses for aerospace systems.
• Ensure designs meet project specifications and aerospace industry standards.
• Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, and other engineering teams for feasibility and integration.
• Participate in design reviews and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Ensure designs comply with industry standards and project requirements.
• Prepare and maintain engineering drawings, reports, and deliverables.
• Support design updates throughout the development lifecycle.
