Job summary

Rithum, the world’s trusted commerce network, is seeking an Advertising Account Manager to own day-to-day planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing and retail media campaigns for enterprise clients across major platforms.

You will translate objectives into strategies, manage budgets, and provide insights while collaborating with client success, technical, and product teams. Our AI-enabled approach drives smarter decisions and stronger client relationships across channels.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in digital marketing, media buying, or ecommerce advertising.
• Proven track record developing and implementing strategic advertising plans, with measurable success.
• 1+ years hands-on experience managing campaigns on major platforms (Amazon, Google, Meta, Walmart Connect) for multiple clients.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, using data to inform decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to generate insights on performance and industry trends.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to influence senior leadership.
• Experience collaborating on large teams in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to forecast advertising budgets and maximize efficiency.
• Strong AI fluency, with experience integrating AI tools into workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts overseeing strategy, planning, execution and optimization of digital and retail media campaigns.
• Translate client objectives into actionable media strategies that drive performance.
• Set up, monitor, and optimize campaign performance, budgets, bids, and ad creatives.
• Leverage knowledge of Rithum’s platform to optimize client programs and outcomes.
• Act as a trusted advisor, expanding relationships with key stakeholders and providing regular reporting.
• Partner with Client Success, Technical Account Managers, and Product teams to deliver cohesive media programs.
• Create, present, and execute media strategies to a variety of clients across product categories.
• Stay up to date with digital marketing and retail media trends and platform changes.
• Educate clients on industry best practices and platform changes.
