Job summary

FloQast is seeking a Senior Forward Deployed Accountant to drive adoption and ROI for Transform via AI Agents. You will work with enterprise customers to deploy AI solutions, troubleshoot integrations, and lead transformation engagements.

This is a founding FDA cohort role requiring collaboration with cross‑functional teams and up to 60% travel to client sites. Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in accounting/finance, CPA preferred, and strong SQL/API skills to design scalable automation workflows

Qualifications

• 8+ years in accounting, auditing, controllership, or finance consulting.
• CPA preferred or equivalent senior accounting leadership experience.
• Experience evaluating, designing, and deploying automation in accounting/finance.
• Strong foundation in SQL, APIs, and data flows.
• Ability to troubleshoot across integrations and automation workflows.
• Leads sessions with Controllers and Accounting Managers.

Responsibilities

• Architect, deploy, and operationalize AI Agents for automated accounting processes.
• Lead transformation engagements with enterprise accounting teams to remove bottlenecks.
• Drive adoption with CFOs and Controllers and guide change management.
• Troubleshoot and optimize SQL scripts, API integrations, and data flows.
• Collaborate with Success and Account teams to recover at‑risk accounts.
• Influence product direction with actionable insights and early feature evaluation.
• Provide leadership to implementation partners for complex projects.
• Travel to customer sites up to 60% for deployment and workshops.
