You will surface high-value AI opportunities, define the regional roadmap, and drive adoption across Ports & Terminals, Contract Logistics, and Freight Forwarding.

This role blends program-level thinking with practical, scalable execution in a matrixed global organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in technology, data, or engineering fields.
• Advanced degree is a plus but not required if experience is strong.
• Experience delivering AI/analytics solutions into production.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI solutions from scoping to deployment.
• Prototype, design, and deliver with external partners for scale.
• Ensure production-grade, secure, explainable AI with integrated workflows.
• Manage vendors and contractors ensuring quality and outcomes.
• Coordinate with regional and group technology for standards and tooling.
