Job summary

Jobtailor seeks an MBA intern to identify, design, and value AI and agentic solutions that drive enterprise digital transformation. You will frame business problems, prototype agent-based workflows using Copilot and other tools, and build compelling ROI models.

You will support pilots, scale initiatives, and translate needs into clear specifications while collaborating with leaders across functions. Strong communication and analytics are essential.

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in and progressing toward a full-time MBA degree, between year 1 and 2, returning to complete the degree after the internship.
Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not offered.

Job description

Identify, design, value, and deliver AI and agentic solutions driving enterprise digital transformation
Frame business problems and prototype agent-based workflows using Microsoft Copilot, agent-builder tooling, and other platforms
Develop business cases and ROI/value models for AI initiatives, sizing cost, revenue, and working-capital benefits
Support solution pilots, testing, scaling, implementation, adoption, and tracking of realized value
Translate functional business needs into clear AI and agentic solution specifications
Contribute to AI governance standards, intake templates, and stage-gate controls
Prepare executive-ready recommendations and presentations explaining AI concepts, trade-offs, and value
Research emerging AI and agentic capabilities, tools, and vendor offerings
Partner with business, technology, and functional leaders, AI/ML engineers, solution architects, product owners, and value-stream leaders across enterprise functions

Requirements

Currently enrolled in and progressing toward a full-time MBA degree, between the first and second year of study, returning to complete the degree following the internship
Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States
Ingredion does not intend to sponsor work visas for this position or provide it as OPT or CPT
Strong business problem-solving skills, including structured problem framing and hypothesis-driven analysis
Financial and analytical acumen; comfort building business cases, ROI/value models, and prioritization frameworks
Genuine interest in applied AI and agentic solutions
Technical fluency is a strong plus, including exposure to Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, agentic frameworks, MCP, Power Automate, SQL, Python, or cloud platforms
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively while managing multiple workstreams to deadlines
Prior experience in strategy, consulting, corporate development, product, technology, or a related field is a plus

Core Competencies

Demonstrates strong business problem-solving skills and financial acumen, with the ability to develop business cases and ROI models for AI initiatives. Proficient in translating functional business needs into AI solution specifications while effectively communicating and presenting complex concepts to stakeholders.
