Job summary

Trelleborg Medical Solutions is seeking an IS Lead - Digital Solutions & AI to drive digital transformation and AI enablement across the organization. You will partner with business units to deliver scalable, secure, and compliant technology solutions aligned with strategic goals.

The role focuses on evaluating digital platforms, leading AI use-case discovery, and overseeing governance for responsible AI. Hybrid work may follow an onsite period, with a strong emphasis on cross-functional

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering/Data Science or related discipline.
5–8 years of experience in IT, digital transformation, business systems, analytics, automation, or AI initiatives.
Experience leading technology projects and cross-functional business initiatives.
Experience with Microsoft 365 technologies and modern collaboration platforms.
Strong understanding of business process analysis, solution design, and change adoption.
Experience working with cloud-based technologies and SaaS applications.

Responsibilities

Lead the evaluation, selection, implementation, and support of digital solutions across TMS.
Identify opportunities to automate business, manufacturing, quality, and support processes through technology.
Develop practical roadmaps for emerging technologies and digital innovation initiatives.
Partner with stakeholders to translate business challenges into technology solutions.
Drive continuous improvement through digitization, workflow optimization, and user adoption.
Establish and maintain AI and digital solution governance processes.
Lead technology projects from concept through implementation and transition to support.
Develop business cases, project plans, timelines, risk assessments and success metrics.
Coordinate internal resources, vendors and external partners.
Ensure successful deployment, adoption, knowledge transfer, and ongoing support.
