Job summary

Trelleborg Medical Solutions in the USA (Tustin, CA) seeks an IS Lead for Digital Solutions & AI. You will identify, develop, and deploy AI-enabled digital solutions to improve operational efficiency and governance.

This role partners with business leaders across functions to deliver scalable, secure solutions aligned with regulatory expectations and information security requirements. Focus areas include Microsoft Power Platform, citizen development governance, and low-code/no-code standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business Information Systems, or related discipline.
Minimum 5-8 years of experience in IT, digital transformation, analytics, automation, or AI initiatives.
Experience leading technology projects and cross-functional initiatives.
Experience with Microsoft 365 technologies and modern collaboration platforms.
Strong understanding of business process analysis, solution design, and change adoption.
Experience with cloud-based technologies and SaaS applications.

Responsibilities

Lead the evaluation, selection, implementation, and support of digital solutions across TMS.
Identify opportunities to automate business, manufacturing, quality, and support processes through technology.
Develop practical roadmaps for emerging technologies and digital innovation initiatives.
Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into technology solutions.
Drive continuous improvement through process digitization, workflow optimization, and user adoption.
Act as a TMS AI SME for AI technologies and AI-enabled solutions.
Evaluate AI platforms in alignment with strategies.
Lead AI use-case discovery workshops with business and functional teams.
Develop and maintain an AI opportunity pipeline focused on measurable business value.
Implement and support AI solutions that improve productivity, quality, service, and operations.
Promote responsible AI governance, security, and regulatory compliance.
Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies for future opportunities.
Design and oversee citizen development frameworks and governance.
Establish standards for low-code/no-code solutions and lifecycle management.
Ensure digital solutions are scalable, secure, and well-documented.
Establish AI and digital governance processes.
Ensure solutions meet quality, cybersecurity, privacy, validation, and regulatory requirements.
Assist in audit readiness and validation efforts.
Lead technology projects end-to-end and develop business cases, plans, timelines, and metrics.
Coordinate internal resources, vendors, and external partners.
Ensure deployment, adoption, knowledge transfer, and ongoing support.
Develop awareness and training programs related to AI and digital tech.
Provide coaching to business users and citizen developers.
Support enterprise innovation initiatives, M&A, and system integration.
Create and maintain standards, documentation, solution inventories, and best-practice guides.
