Job summary

Trelleborg Medical Solutions, Paso Robles, CA, seeks an IS Lead - Digital Solutions & Artificial Intelligence to identify, develop, implement, and support AI-enabled solutions that boost efficiency and decision-making.

You will partner with business leaders, process owners, quality, manufacturing, engineering, and IT to deliver scalable, secure, and compliant digital solutions, while establishing AI governance and evaluating emerging technologies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/engineering or related discipline.
5-8 years of experience in IT/digital transformation/AI initiatives.
Experience leading technology projects and cross-functional initiatives.
Experience with Microsoft 365 technologies and modern collaboration platforms.
Strong business process analysis, solution design, and change adoption.
Experience with cloud-based technologies and SaaS applications.

Responsibilities

Lead evaluation, selection, implementation and support of digital solutions across TMS.
Identify opportunities to automate business, manufacturing, quality, and support processes.
Develop practical roadmaps for emerging technologies and digital innovation initiatives.
Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technology solutions.
Drive continuous improvement through process digitization, workflow optimization, and user adoption.
