Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4 to 8 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong quantitative skill set with ability to judge training-data quality and representativeness.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities with clear, defensible recommendations.
• Ability to synthesize complex technical information for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead ongoing research on the AI diagnostics landscape and synthesize tools and capabilities for LMICs.
• Assess technical readiness of priority diagnostics, training data quality, and model architectures.
• Use disease-burden data to identify high-burden conditions lacking viable AI diagnostics.
• Develop and maintain market intelligence on AI diagnostics, including evidence, performance, and regulatory status.
• Lead maturity assessments from proof-of-concept to deployable scale.
• Prepare analyses, briefs, and presentations for leadership, partners, and donors.
• Build analytical tools and workflows using modern AI tools to automate research and reporting.
• Engage with developers, research institutions, and partners on data and model questions.
• Support cost-effectiveness prioritization and fundraising activities.
