Incident IQ in Atlanta is seeking a pragmatic AI DevEx Engineer to join our AI Tooling team. You will design and build the skills, plugins, commands, and internal tools that empower engineers and cross‑functional teams to work smarter and faster.

Initially, your focus will be Claude Code plugins and agentic skills, scaling to multiple plugins across engineering disciplines. You will shape the AI 'brain', test non‑deterministic outputs, and document decisions for technical and non‑technical

Qualifications

• Strong command of LLM/Agentic orchestration and AI debugging methodologies.
• Excellent collaboration and ability to translate complex technical jargon for non-technical stakeholders.
• Pragmatic approach with autonomy and adaptability to shifting AI landscapes.
• Experience with .NET backend and React frontend architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI tooling, plugins, and agents for Claude Code plugins and internal tooling.
• Expand custom plugins and agentic skills across engineering disciplines.
• Architect scalable AI solutions and ensure reliable, well-documented AI decisions.
• Lead FSAD testing and establish robust methodologies to evaluate non-deterministic AI results.
• Provide architectural leadership across the .NET and React stack for AI infrastructure.
• Document code, architecture choices, and decisions for stakeholders.
• Mentor and advocate engineering teams, fostering comprehensive documentation.
• Ensure empathy for existing workflows and minimize disruption while introducing new solutions.
