Huxley is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a hands-on team building AI-enabled development experiences. You will guide architecture and implementation, while growing the team and influencing technical direction for agent execution and developer workflows.

You will stay close to code, improve agent tool usage, context handling, and long-running tasks, and collaborate with product and design to turn AI capabilities into practical experiences for developers.

Competenze

• Experience leading and developing software engineering teams.
• Hands-on Go development with leadership experience.
• Experience building AI-enabled developer experiences and agent systems.
• Familiarity with model APIs, tool calling, context management, or iterative agent execution.
• Strong knowledge of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS).

• Lead, coach, and grow a team of software engineers.
• Help set the technical direction for agent execution, integrations, and developer workflows.
• Stay close to the code and participate in architecture and implementation decisions.
• Improve how software agents use tools, manage context, stream results, and complete long-running tasks.
