Job summary

Axelera AI is seeking a Developer Relations and Community Manager to grow a technical developer base around Voyager SDK and Metis AIPU. You will build trust in our community across Gainsight, GitHub, Reddit, Discord, and forums, while shaping content and events that drive product adoption and feedback.

Ideal candidates bringai/ML tooling experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for open-source collaboration with makers and enterprise engineers alike.

Qualifications

• Experience in developer relations or community management in a technical setting.
• Credible presence within AI/developer communities and technical stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication translating complex tech to varied audiences.
• Comfort with developer-facing platforms and community tooling.
• Practical fluency with AI tools and critical evaluation of AI outputs.
• Understanding of software/SDK development lifecycle and model deployment concepts.
• Interest in maker ecosystems (Raspberry Pi, Arduino, home automation).
• Passion for building a sustainable, trustworthy technical community.
• Creative and strategic thinking to drive engagement and product adoption.

Responsibilities

• Engage across community platforms, respond to technical questions, moderate discussions.
• Create and curate technical content, tutorials, posts, and newsletters with AI-assisted drafting checked for accuracy.
• Build relationships with influencers and power users in maker and AI communities.
• Plan and host events, webinars, and meetups tied to product launches and industry events.
• Advocate for Voyager SDK and Metis features, channel user feedback to product teams.
• Grow and maintain a healthy community with routing of questions and SLAs.
• Monitor engagement metrics and surface insights to improve strategy.
• Encourage open-source contributions to Voyager SDK and collaborate with engineering.
