Job summary

Seneca Resources invites a senior AI engineer to design and deploy enterprise conversational agents using Dialogflow CX and GECX across complex workflows. You will build REST APIs, webhooks, and microservices, integrate with ServiceNow and Azure services, and oversee automated testing, CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps, and security practices including OAuth2.

Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience designing and deploying enterprise conversational AI agents using GECX / Dialogflow CX.
• Experience building REST APIs, webhooks, microservices, and asynchronous integrations.
• Strong automated testing across APIs, backend services, and conversational AI solutions.
• Advanced experience building and maintaining Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, including YAML pipelines.
• Hands-on experience integrating enterprise applications with ServiceNow REST APIs and Azure services.
• Strong SQL development and relational database experience.
• Experience with prompt engineering, intent classification, conversational context management, and escalation patterns.
• Experience working in SAFe Agile environments including PI Planning and ART dependencies.
• Strong Git-based development and proficiency with VS Code.
• Understanding of enterprise security practices including OAuth2, RBAC, API security, and secrets management.

Job description

• Strong hands-on experience designing and deploying enterprise conversational AI agents using GECX / Dialogflow CX.
• Deep understanding of Dialogflow CX capabilities including flows, intents, state handlers, route groups, condition rules, webhook fulfillment, context/session management, and generative capabilities.
• Experience building REST APIs, webhooks, microservices, and asynchronous integrations.
• Strong automated testing experience across APIs, backend services, and conversational AI solutions.
• Advanced experience building and maintaining Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, including YAML pipelines and automated deployment processes.
• Hands-on experience integrating enterprise applications with ServiceNow REST APIs and Azure services.
• Strong SQL development and relational database experience.
• Experience with prompt engineering, intent classification, conversational context management, fallback orchestration, and human escalation patterns.
• Experience working within SAFe Agile environments, including PI Planning and Agile Release Train dependencies.
• Strong Git-based software-development experience and proficiency with modern development environments such as VS Code.
• Understanding of enterprise security practices including OAuth2, RBAC, API security, and secrets management.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Google Vertex AI and generative AI capabilities.
• Experience with Contact Center AI (CCAI) architectures.
• Experience integrating conversational AI with telephony or voice platforms.
• Knowledge of SRE practices, telemetry, observability, monitoring, and AIOps.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience deploying serverless solutions using Google Cloud Run, Google Cloud Functions, or Azure Functions.
• Experience supporting large-scale, highly available enterprise AI or conversational platforms.
