Job summary

TechDigital Group is seeking a senior DevOps Engineer in Charlotte, NC with 8+ years experience to lead CI/CD pipelines, cloud-native deployments, and AI agent integrations. Strong GCP, AWS, Kubernetes, Istio, Terraform, and Docker skills are required. On-site role with coordination across time zones may be necessary.

Candidate should have hands-on scripting (Bash, Python) and deep knowledge of cloud security, networking, and scalable release engineering. Remote work is not offered.

Key Requirements

• Strong experience in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and CI/CD pipeline development.
• Hands-on expertise in DevOps tools, automation, and deployment orchestration.
• Experience with AI/Agentic solutions, AI agents, or conversational AI platforms.
• Preferred: Experience with CXAS, Dialogflow, or similar customer experience / conversational AI technologies.
• Knowledge of integrating AI-driven workflows with cloud-native applications.

Nice to Have

• Experience building, deploying, or supporting agent-based AI solutions.
• Exposure to GenAI, chatbots, or customer experience platforms.

Overall Profile

Looking for a DevOps Engineer with strong GCP and pipeline expertise, complemented by experience in AI agents, CXAS, Dialogflow, or other agentic AI technologies.

Experience level : 8+ years

Additional Requirements

• AWS Expertise: 5+ years of hands-on experience with AWS services, specifically EKS, VPC, IAM, ECR, and Load Balancers
• Kubernetes: Strong proficiency in Kubernetes architecture, administration, and troubleshooting
• Istio Service Mesh: Practical experience installing and configuring Istio on Kubernetes/EKS
• GitLab CI/CD: Proven experience building and maintaining GitLab pipelines with multi-stage deployments
• Infrastructure as Code: Proficiency with Terraform
• Containerization: Expert knowledge of Docker and container best practices
• Scripting: Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python
• Networking: Solid understanding of networking concepts, DNS, load balancing, and security groups
• Flexible to support the release schedule/time
• Gemini Enterprise (GECX) knowledge and work experience in Contact Center IVR space is preferred
