Gen's AI Foundry team is seeking a Sr Product Designer to own end-to-end product design across multiple AI initiatives. You will create and evolve the design language for Gen's agentic products, collaborating with product, engineering, and marketing to deliver fast, iterative results.

You will shape trust and engagement through AI-powered experiences, with a focus on family-friendly, consumer-facing applications. This role offers flexible work options and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product/UX design, ideally for consumer-facing apps.
• Experience designing AI-powered, conversational, or agentic product experiences is a strong plus.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end product design for multiple zero-to-one initiatives from concept to launch and iteration.
• Design core AI agent experiences including conversational flows and in-app messaging.
• Build and evolve a shared design language for Gen's agentic products.
• Move quickly from ambiguity to testable concepts using low-fidelity designs and prototypes.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing to translate requirements into polished designs.
