Retell AI in Redwood City is seeking a Quantitative Deployment Strategist to lead AI-powered voice agent implementations from discovery through production launch. You will help customers redesign business processes around AI while ensuring successful technical delivery.

You will serve as a trusted advisor to executives and technical teams, shaping requirements, driving adoption, and delivering measurable business outcomes in collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success.

Qualifications

• Proven experience applying quantitative analysis to business problems.
• Ability to translate data into actionable customer recommendations.
• Strong collaboration with product, engineering and sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze workflows, calls, transcripts, and performance to identify automation opportunities.
• Define success metrics and develop measurement frameworks for AI systems.
• Build dashboards, ROI models, and executive analyses to measure deployments.
• Design experiments and conduct analyses to optimize prompts and flows.
• Translate findings into scalable deployment best practices and recommendations.
• Develop predictive models to forecast outcomes and guide optimization.
• Perform large-scale analyses of conversational data to track improvements.
