Job summary

Hello Patient is seeking a Technical Project Manager to own execution of complex customer deployments. You will coordinate with AI Agent Product Management, Engineering, and Account Management to move projects quickly and ensure customers launch and scale with Hello Patient.

You’ll manage multiple deployments, owning timelines, risk, and cross-functional execution. You’ll translate requirements into clear plans and workstreams and collaborate with customer executives and internal teams to

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in technical project management, technical program management, solutions delivery, or enterprise implementations.
• Experience managing complex B2B SaaS deployments with multiple technical stakeholders.
• Strong ability to drive timelines, manage risks, and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication with customers and executive stakeholders.
• Technical understanding of APIs, webhooks, integrations, and software systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate complex customer deployments end-to-end from kickoff through launch and expansion.
• Build and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risk tracking.
• Drive project cadence with weekly updates and status reporting across internal teams.
• Identify blockers and drive resolution to ensure successful launches.
• Translate customer requirements into clear technical workstreams and execution plans.
