Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Technical Deployment Lead to define and own complex delivery across customer deployments. You will embed with customer teams, map workflows, and drive adoption of production AI solutions, coordinating with product and research to hit milestones and scale impact.

The role requires deep technical project management, extreme ownership of outcomes, and strong executive communication. Hybrid in Zurich with relocation assistance and significant travel.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of customer-facing technical delivery leadership.
• Track record of leading large, complex, high-stakes customer engagements, ideally involving AI.
• Excel in high ambiguity environments.
• Move fluidly between system level understanding and execution level detail; map constraints, sketch architectures and move ambiguous problems to shipped systems.
• Think strategically and pattern-match; connect customer needs to scalable, reusable solutions.
• Strong technical fluency and sequencing instincts; able to discuss technical details and trade-offs.
• Have shipped AI/LLM systems and understand integration patterns and production pitfalls.
• Be a translator with executive presence, making complex trade-offs legible to business leaders.
• Enjoy onsite work with customers (25-50%, sometimes higher).
• Have expertise in at least one major sector to elevate solution framing.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical delivery plan for multiple interdependent workstreams with milestones and acceptance criteria.
• Run day-to-day engineering execution across FDEs and customer teams; keep progress unblocked and sequenced.
• Embed with customer teams to land deployments and drive adoption; map workflows and drive change management.
• Partner with Product and Research so components land on time to support deployment goals.
• Codify solution patterns and evals; extract reusable patterns and field signals.
• Own value cases and ROI; define KPIs and report outcomes to executive sponsors.
