Job summary

Landing Point is seeking an AI Deployment Strategist in New York to translate AI capabilities into trusted workflows across the firm.

You will partner with senior leaders to drive the firmwide AI enablement roadmap, embed with investment teams, and lead workshops and training programs to accelerate adoption and value realization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, engineering, AI/ML, finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in engineering, product management, consulting or related field.
• Practical understanding of generative AI, copilots, agents, prompt practices, and workflow design.
• Experience in financial services, real estate, private equity, asset management, or professional services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Head of AI Deployment to execute the firmwide AI enablement and adoption roadmap.
• Embed with investment teams to identify workflow optimization opportunities and manage expectations.
• Deliver workshops, demonstrations, and learning programs; support executive briefings and education initiatives.
• Develop practical playbooks, training materials, and communications aligned with responsible-use standards.
• Coordinate launches and rollout activities with various departments and business champions.
• Support and coordinate the AI champion network, equipping champions with materials and guidance.
• Track active use, proficiency, satisfaction, and business value; identify adoption barriers and implement improvements.
• Apply support and escalation processes, help resolve user issues, and ensure understanding of solution capabilities.
• Manage day-to-day deployment schedules, content, communications, and partner coordination for initiatives.
• Translate user feedback into actionable recommendations for AI Product and Engineering.

• Practical understanding of generative AI, copilots, agents, prompt practices, and workflow design.
• Strong project and program management skills, and ability to manage multiple initiatives independently.
• Experience in financial services, real estate, private equity, asset management, or professional services is preferred.

Compensation:

Salary: $175,000 - $200,000, Plus Bonus
